A During Production Inspection (DUPRO), also known as During Production Check (DPC), enables early problem identification, allowing timely adjustments to be made if errors occur. It allows you to implement corrective actions and improvements and provide timely feedback to your customer.
A TPI is a quality control performed during the production phase.
A TPI involves random sampling of semi-finished products or single packaged finished products for detailed inspection and testing.
This inspection normally takes place when 10% to 60% of production is complete.
