What can you expect?

After submitting your application, we will contact you within 5 business days. We do this to confirm your application and to discuss any follow-up steps with you. Depending on the position or internship you are applying for, the next steps may vary, but our process generally looks like this:

2. First Interview: If you pass the first selection, we will invite you for an (online) introductory interview. This interview is intended to learn more about you and to give you a better picture of Westwood.
3. Next step: Depending on the position, this could be a second interview, an assessment, or some other form of evaluation.
4. Offer: If all goes well, you will receive an offer from us and we will discuss the details of your new role at Westwood.
